Changes may be made to both our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use at any time. We will do our best to ensure notification of any changes reaches our registered users by posting a notice on the Main Page.

Privacy

The NWSEC and its partner agency Mind Storm Labs respect your privacy.

We will only collect information to the extent it is reasonably necessary to answer your inquiries, requests and our legitimate business objectives. If you do not wish to provide personal information when requested, you may not be able to access certain areas of our sites.

We will never intentionally share any personal information gathered from you.

Use

The NWSEC does not condone censorship and we hope to encourage open discussion, we will not tolerate unlawful or uncivilized behavior. All users of the NWSEC CW, both registered and unregistered, agree to adhere to the following rules:

• You may not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of the law.

• You may not unlawfully post copyrighted material.

• You may not post or link to sexually explicit material.

• You may not post any file that contains viruses, corrupted files, Trojan Horses, or any other destructive content.

• You may not impersonate any person, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, or post advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes or solicitations.

• You may not spam links to external sites or post spam of any sort.

• You may not solicit other users of this site in any way.

Refusal to abide by these rules will result in your removal from the NWSEC CW.

We reserve the right to remove, edit or move any post for any reason. You agree to hold the NWSEC and its partner agencies harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the violation of these rules.

As a poster, you are solely responsible for the use of your username, any alias and password. Please protect your password at all times.

Please report any issues and any material or users in violation of these Use Terms.

We trust that as reasonable members of the Alpha Omega Community this wiki will a place where constructive collaboration takes place.
